Product Description

The MKCS08S, and MKCS11S 12 and 24V brush DC drives with nominal speed of 3000 rpm, are robust and built to provide great performance and reliability for intermittent duty applications. They include a pump-to-motor adapter for the Fluid-o-Tech MK series gear pumps and a choice of driving magnets of different materials and torque capability. The DC drive allows speed control by varying the voltage and provides a range of performance.The units are capable of a flow rate up to 240 l/h (63 GPH) and pressure up to 10 bar (145 psi). Pumps are available with 1/4" NPT or GAS ports. Static seals available in EPDM, NBR, PTFE™, Silicon or Viton guarantee full chemical compatibility with a wide range of fluids. The pump housing and the internal metal components are in AISI 316 L stainless steel, while gears and bushings are available in PEEK™, or PTFE™. Other materials, as well as a range of driving magnets are available. NSF certified pumps for potable water or fluids for human consumption are also available.
