StepLess® Low Profile Clamps 192
Oetiker StepLess® Low Profile Clamps 192 are designed with
1-wave and 3-wave tolerance compensation elements. The dimensions of the
materials used in the standard range are determined by considering the
necessary radial force, the specific application, and the requirement to
maintain sealing and/or retaining capabilities under defined conditions and
environmental exposure. When choosing the clamp diameter, it is essential to
accurately measure the dimensions of the mating components where the clamp will
be installed to ensure optimal clamping performance. Additionally, the
durometer hardness of the softer material and the desired level of compression
are critical factors in determining the suitable clamp diameter.
