Shurflo 94-260-03 - Diaphragm Pump

The Shurflo Brix Pump is a unique syrup- and water-driven proportioning pump. It eliminates the brix adjustments with a set portion delivery, assuring a consistent, repeatable ratio on every drink.

The ratio is determined by the pump design and is maintained precisely, independent of system flow or pressure changes.
The brix proportioning pump is driven by pressurized water, allowing the water and product to be delivered at an exact ratio.
The pump operates whenever there is a difference in pressure between the inlet and outlet (water) sides of the pump.
The Shurflo Brix Pump is equipped with a vacuum shutoff.
This feature is designed to automatically stop the pump when the Bag-in-Box (BIB) container is completely evacuated by closing off the inlet water to the pump.
When a new BIB container is installed, the pump will automatically resume operation without priming the system.
