MPC-745 Collection Assist Device, Sterile
The Collection Assist Device offers a method for obtaining a sterile sample from the female Hansen port of a hemodialysis machine.
Key Features:
- Sterile
- Compatible with standard OEM female Hansen ports as
per ISO 8637 standards
- Pyrogen-Free, ensuring no interference with
endotoxin testing
- The device facilitates a clean sample collection
pathway, effectively bypassing potential contamination sources such as the
Hansen port O-ring, balls, and mechanisms that are difficult to disinfect.
- Enables sample capture as it would naturally flow to
the dialyzer, free from interference.
Usage Instructions:
- Step 1: Aseptically remove the collection assist
device from its packaging.
- Step 2: Insert the collection assist device into the
female Hansen port to commence the collection of clean samples.
