The DGD series of direct drive gear pump-motor units are designed to manage clean and moderately viscous fluids, operating at a maximum temperature of 70 °C (158 °F) and capable of withstanding pressures up to 4 bar (58 psi) with flow rates reaching 160 l/h (42 GPH). The pump housing can be constructed from either stainless steel or Vectra, while the gears are manufactured from Vectra. Sealing options include NBR, EPDM, or Viton. The suction and discharge ports feature an 8 mm barbed end. The pump drives are offered in 12V or 24V brush DC configurations, with various nominal speeds and power ratings suitable for intermittent duty applications. Its compact design makes it an ideal solution for environments with limited space. Additionally, NSF certified pumps for potable water or fluids intended for human consumption are also available.
