The 3d5 Orchestra metering, suitable for coffee machines up to 3 groups + tea and separated coffee boilers.

Features:

Volumetric control of 4 different coffee doses and of the “continuous” function for each group.
3 timed tea doses control
Steam, coffee and tea doses simultaneous dispensation
Doses programming in simulation through keyboard
Boiler levels control (filling up and minimum level)
Heating survey by P.I.D. algorithm (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) through the control of 5 NTC temperature probes (3 coffee boilers, steam boiler and steam wand) and through external SSR
Dispensing progress visualization (chrono function)
Control of slave board for additional relays (e.g.: for “cappuccinatore”)
Protection against short circuit both on each single loading command output by fuse and on flowmeters section
Control of power outputs by triacs
Control of 2 RS232TTL serial outputs
Serial transmission with Gicar accounting devices
Ready for software updating through On Board Programming
Connection to a touch display, allowing the visualization of functional cycles, dispensations counting etc. and endowed with buzzer for alarms acoustic signalling
