U.S. MOTORS® brand HOSTILE DUTY motors are engineered specifically for industrial use. This versatile line of NEMA Premium®† motors comply with the efficiency standards set forth by the Energy Independence and Security Act (EISA 2007).

The HOSTILE DUTY motors, which are totally enclosed and fan-cooled, help lower operating expenses and are ideal for demanding applications such as pumps, compressors, conveyors, or blowers in environments that are dusty, damp, or dirty. These motors are particularly suitable for applications requiring continuous operation and a strong emphasis on energy efficiency.
