Installation and Compatibility

1.    Fully insert the tubing into the compatible push-fit fitting.

2.    Check that the tube is securely engaged.

3.    Fit the locking clip beneath the collet to hold it in position.

4.    Before disconnecting tubing, isolate and depressurise the system, remove the clip, and follow the fitting manufacturer’s release procedure.

Important: Install the clip only after full tube insertion to avoid scraping the tubing. John Guest specifies that these locking clips are not designed for stem adapters used in swivel combinations.
