The CHLA435-36 Commercial Gas Fryer Hi-Limit Thermostat is an automatic-reset safety thermostat designed to provide over-temperature protection in compatible commercial gas fryers.

The thermostat continuously responds to temperature at its sensing bulb. If the fryer temperature reaches the thermostat's predetermined high-limit point, the thermostat interrupts the appropriate control circuit to help prevent continued heating and potentially unsafe overheating.
