What is an Oscillating-Solenoid-Vibration-Pump?
This is a positive displacement pump that uses a diaphragm and solenoid assembly to re-inject the liquid into the pipeline.
A solenoid construction includes of an electromagnet and a spring.
When an electric current flows through a solenoid, the electromagnetic core transforms a diaphragm into a position of discharge.
When the electric current is cut off, the diaphragm returns to the pressure point.
Solenoid pumps are a session of positive displacement pump which utilize a diaphragm and solenoid construction to replace the fluid into the flow line.
Resonant operation is not possible with these pumps. They are like DC coils that have been fed a 50hz 50% duty cycle signal inside the solenoid.
The pump will pump according to the frequency of the AC voltage. The voltage would have to vary proportionally to the frequency to keep the magnetic circuit from becoming saturated.

How does a solenoid pump work?
A solenoid dosing pump is a type of positive displacement pump that works by dispersing fluid into a discharge line through a diaphragm and a solenoid assembly. As the solenoid is initiated, the electromagnet presses the diaphragm, which moves the fluid.
A vibratory pump, or vibe pump, is a tiny electromagnetic pillar. A piston connected to a magnet is set within a metal coil.
Electrical current goes through the coil affecting the magnet to rapidly move the piston back and forth, forcing water all through the machine.
